Returns are acceptable if incorrect product is received.  Shipping will not be covered to return merchandise unless the incorrect product was sent by the shipper and/or the product is not the product on the order confirmation sent to the customer.  If the incorrect product was sent to the customer, a shipping charge will not be added to the replacement order.  Returned merchandise should be in original condition and apparel should be in new, never worn condition.

Cancellations will be accepted within the same business day or until 5pm CT of the same business day that the order was placed.
